We will be holding our winter training weekend on 8th and 9th February at:
Wokingham Masonic Center, 7 Reading Road, Wokingham RG41 1EG
Saturday & Sunday will comprise of 4, 1-hour lessons as follows:
10.30 – 11.30, 11.45 – 12.45, 13.15 – 14.15, 14.30 – 15.30
All aspects of karate training will be covered including: Kihon, Kata, Kumite, bunkai, pad drills, flexibility & ancillary training.
The final lesson on Sunday will be followed by a social event with fresh pizza provided by our Burnham Club member Pietro Mingolla. We will also open the bar at the venue at this time.
