We will be holding our summer training weekend on 17th and 18th August at Highwood Primary School, Fairwater Drive, Woodley, Reading. RG5 3JE.
Saturday & Sunday will comprise of 4, 1-hour lessons as follows:
10.30 – 11.30, 11.45 – 12.45, 13.15 – 14.15, 14.30 – 15.30
All aspects of karate training will be covered including: Kihon, Kata, Kumite, bunkai, pad drills, flexibility & ancillary training.
The final lesson on Sunday will be followed by a social event with fresh pizza supplied our Burnham Club member Pietro Mingolla.
