We will be taking an in depth look at applications for Heian Nidan and how to use them against common attacks.
This course will help you understand the principles of Kata application so you can develop your own applications for other Kata.
The course is suitable for all grades aged 13 and older. Under 13 years old may attend with a parent.
Price: £35 in advance or £40 on the day if spaces are available.
Please bring a drink and light snack.
